Jurassic World Mike and Ike

   22 years ago Jurassic Park came out and changed how we saw movies and how movies were made. The film made us believe dinosaurs were real, and took us on a mind blowing adventure.
 
   Of course when you have a great film that is sure to be a success you market it like there is no tomorrow. Jurassic Park was on everything and everywhere you looked a T-Rex. When the sequel came out that featured not one but, three T-Rex's, the T-Rex became a staple of the 90's.

   What else was a staple of the 90's? Well mystery flavored junk food of course. (Clunky transition, whatever.)

   With Jurassic world being released today, the new merchandise has already been in full swing. Most stuff does not live up to what the two original films got back in the 90's except this...

   JURASSIC WORLD, MIKE AND IKE! With mystery flavored Dino eggs and there is a fucking T-Rex on the box! This screams 90's like no other. If you want to ignore that it is modern you could just pretend the candy people shortened the second films tittle down from The Lost World: Jurassic Park well, I choose to.
   Most of the flavors are just tropical Mike/ Ike's (make sense) so, I guess these are flavors you would find on Isla Nublar like, maybe these are sold this way at the Jurassic World park in the movie?

   I wanted to get a photo of me with the Ike's but, I hate selfies so, I figured this Ian could be my stand in. Plus I think this may have been a deleted scene from the first film.

  Now the mystery Dino eggs are a bit tricky to nail down the first one tasted like Grape but, I would swear the second tasted like Orange. I would have never guessed the Dino eggs taste fruity but, now I know better. 

   What else can I say about this candy besides it's pretty good if you like Mike and Ike than, I say get some boxes and sneak them in when you go to see Jurassic world. Hmm... I can't think of a joke to end this article with well...

   P.S. this was originally supposed to be a full article on all kinds of mystery flavors but, I have had a very bad week that has kept me from doing it. That Article is still in the works, I just wanted to get this up today for the film release. Sorry if it is rushed.
